• This Terms of Service ONLY applies to your purchase of our $100 data collection program. Customers purchasing collected data from our website are bound by a separate “Terms of Data Use” document which is published on our website and presented at the time of their purchase.

• $100 is a scheduling fee to send our expert per data collection.

• Any additional requests require $100 per request. We reserve the right to evaluate and determine what constitutes an additional request in the event of any question or conflict.
  • Examples of additional requests:
    • You have possession of your damaged vehicle and also want it documented: +$100
    • You have significant bruising or other visible injuries and want them forensically photographed: +$100

• We collect data and preserve it. We do not provide any form of legal advice, perform any sort of reconstruction of the facts or events or formulate any expert opinion regarding the data we collect.

• Upon arrival at a location scheduled for data collection, our expert will evaluate the location and determine the best available method of documentation, considering the legality of our presence and any dangerous conditions which may be present.

• Our expert will determine the best time to collect data and schedule our daily data collection accordingly.
  • If you would prefer to be present for the data collection, that requires our expert to break routine to accommodate your schedule. We will require an additional fee and negotiate this fee prior to meeting.

• Our $100 scheduling fee is exactly what it describes: a scheduling fee. It is not in any way a retainer for expert witness or professional consulting services.

• We copyright collected data and retain ownership. Your $100 scheduling fee does not grant you the right to a personal copy or review of the data other than what may be available publicly on our website.

• We reserve the right to change, modify and add addition conditions to this document at any time at our discretion.
